After struggling to find support as a new dad, Kevin Seldon launched The DILF (Dad I’d Like To... Friend) Podcast, which has since broken into Apple’s Top Parenting Podcast charts across the globe, while hitting #6 on the US charts. He then launched a nonprofit network of leading fatherhood organizations, building one of the largest dad communities in the country. After hearing from dads around the world who were also struggling - both in their relationships and in their new role as a parent - he’s now created a sanity-saving guide to improve the mental health of new dads.
