When I turned 40, I hit a significant roadblock in life - torn between taking the leap of faith and advancing my career outside of my current organization or remaining safe in a position I held for several years. Unable to shake that feeling of thinking I should be in a different place in my career at this stage of life caused me to finally make the scary decision to Jump Ship!
