C.T. Garrett, has been a student of grappling arts for over 32 years and Traditional Chinese Martial Arts for 26 years. He was a U.S. National Sparring Champion and All American by the age of 19. From there he went on to win multiple regional and national championships and a International Championship at the Tiger Balm Internationals. He finally finished his competition career with a undefeated record as a mixed martial arts competitor. Since then he has had students achieve the same type of success in national and international competitions in forms to Mixed Martial Arts. He actively trains, and teaches the next generation while maintaining a clinical practice with his skills in: Traditional Chinese Herbal Science, Food Therapy, Lifestyle Consulting, and Medical Qigong.
