Bay is dog-napped and taken to the big city. Escaping his captors, he gets his first encounter with a large city, its wonders and dangers. He is attacked by a dog pack, and helped his friend, George’s, old cat gang from the city. Bay learns what friendships are, caring for animals who need help, being wary of strangers, and the importance of having a family who loves him.
