The early Christians were certainly closer to the teachings of Christ, of true Christianity. Here we have some texts that can help us understand what true Christianity was. We have divided them into two parts. In the first part we bring together fragments in which ancient writers portray Christianity. In a second part we bring together texts by contemporary writers who analyze early Christianity.
