The NMP 2020 - 2022 Annual Report has taken a different approach when it comes to content editing this time around. Only key pieces of data have been shared in the main text, while the remaining statistics are attached as an appendix. To capture the day-to-day work of NMP staff, a first-person point-of-view has been adopted in the descriptive writing and a large number of pictures have been included in these sections. All these stylistic changes have been carried out to produce a report that is accessible and readable to a lay reader
