Jonathan has worked within the financial services and consultancy sectors and specialises in business architecture, business analysis and service design. He is a regular speaker at international conferences and contributed to the publications Business Analysis (4th Edition) and Business Analysis Techniques (3rd Edition). Jonathan was the chief architect of the A4Q Certified Service Designer Award.
