Michael did not go to North Carolina looking for romance, he was all business, but he found it anyway among the campers and beaches of the Outer Banks. He soon learns however, that Lori comes as a complete package including her faith that he hasn’t had any use for since childhood. Lori is prepared to fight for her beloved Sandpiper Campground with all she’s got, including prayer but very quickly she discovers there are matters much more critical to life and faith.
Set among the pines of Nags Head and Manteo, North Carolina in the 1980's, Sandpiper will transport you to the ocean beach and warm your heart as well as your soul. Though the characters are fiction the places and events were real. There really was a Sandpipers (Trace) campground and it is now an upscale housing area.
