I might be the most stubborn person in the world. I kept forgetting what I had learned - so I had to write this book to myself, to keep remembering.

Written from lived experience, this is my way of turning rough roads into something that helps others navigate their own.

After painful life events - including our child’s tragic accident and the loss of a hand - I plummeted into survival mode, questioning life and seeking coping mechanisms.

This book grew from that very process, eventually becoming a Joyrney: a journey fueled by joy, even after rocky roads.
