＂Bare＂ is about the awakening of the soul through struggles of loss as we become aware of how to uncover the root causes of our struggles. It is about becoming transparent and transforming emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially as we transition through life. It is also about finding the courage to be unashamed and unapologetic of our life journeys, especially when we are at our lowest most vulnerable place in life. ＂Bare＂ brings strategies of how to connect to ourselves, God, and others at a deeper level for healing and restoration. It helps us to see that we are not alone in our struggles, but it also encourages us to use the tips and tools within it to improve our lives. This book empowers women who have endured journeys from riches to rags or rags to riches. This book was birthed consequently from the author’s journey becoming a divorced mom of 3 children then losing everything including the ability to care for her children on a daily. Jonquil grew up in a military family, where she travelled and experienced diverse cultures; which enables her to bridge the gap between herself and others quickly to establish a connection or common bond. She has spent many years learning and utilizing holistic healing modalities out of necessity but it proved to be a huge blessing. Her journey taught her how to create wellness and balance in her life and that of others. Bare is a culmination of the author’s journey and that of some who have crossed her path. Prayerfully it will help guide all who read it into the more prosperous, purposeful, and passionate lives they were destined to live.
