Kaasyapa is the pen name of Parsa Venkata Ramachandra Rao, who lives in Hyderabad, after retirement from a Public Sector Enterprise.

He is an active Bird Watcher, interested in Music, Politics, Reading and participating in Literary and Cultural Activities.

Though passionate about Politics he is a misfit to join any Political Party as it requires a lot more of talent than he has.

So he keeps away from Politics.

He writes a Blog, ＂parsakashyapreport.blogspot.com,＂ and this is his first attempt at writing a Novel.
