Earth's biosphere, the planet's living veil of life, is dying. An ancient alien race of Galaxy Lords, aware the Human species stands on the threshold of a crucial evolutionary leap vital to the Universe, sends a fleet of Arkships to collect specimens of Humanity and resettle them across the galaxy.
