Author Kevin Garrett, a retired Mechanical Engineer, introduces the sport of Mountain Biking to beginning riders. Convinced that there is much missing in the area of introducing new riders to the sport, he set out to remedy that, and as well, to shed light on technical riding situations for riders of all experience levels.
