Part 1 日記的基本句型

這句型用來敘述「和某對象一起做的事」。
"get together with" 後面要接「對象」，中間用連接詞 and 連接，we後面要接「一起做的事」。用這個句型，可以寫出很多不同的組合。

重要片語與用法
green with envy 意思為「十分妒忌、眼紅」，例：I was green with envy when my cousin was accepted to Harvard. （當我表弟被哈佛大學錄取時，我嫉妒得要命。）

can’t help (but) 意思為「忍不住」，例：I can’t help crying whenever I hear that song. （每當我聽到那首歌時，我都會忍不住哭泣。）

Ugh, the manager chewed me out today because I didn’t communicate well and it caused some problems. I admit my instructions could have been clearer. But the manager could have told me privately instead of embarrassing me in front of everyone. Doesn’t he know that a positive attitude from the manager helps the team perform better? Anyway, I need to do a better job of explaining things next time.

唉，今天主管因為我溝通不良，導致出包而責備我。我承認我下的指令應該可以更清楚。但是說真的，主管可以選擇私下告訴我，而不是當著大家的面讓我難堪。難道他不知道，主管正面的態度有助於讓整個團隊的表現更好嗎？下次我必須改善自己說明事情的方法。
