Karina Dupuis studied graphic design at Cégep de Sherbrooke. She then worked in Montreal for nearly 12 years as an advertising graphic designer for an educational publisher. She has now been working as a freelancer for 5 years and illustration art accounts for the majority of her work. She enjoys creating quirky characters and marvelous worlds and loves the idea that illustration art is limitless.

Corinne Delporte spent her childhood with her nose in books. After obtaining a Master’s degree in History and a second one in Communication, she leaves France to settle in Montreal, where she strengthens her love of books by becoming a children’s book editor. The power of stories to make children dream, laugh, and think encourages her to start writing stories herself. Corinne is especially fond of writing about nature and its fragile beauty.
