The use of information systems plays an important role in the decision making process of large organizations. These systems allow the management of large volumes of information and the evaluation of different possible alternatives that can be processed through expert database managers, which contribute to making quick and accurate decisions. The fundamental basis of good management is the measure of its efficiency and effectiveness in achieving the organization’s goals. It is the ability to minimize the resources needed to achieve the objectives set.
