This book follows former transborder learners-students who lived in Mexico before the pandemic and studied in the US -as they go about their daily routines. From militarised checkpoints to exclusive classroom dynamics, these young people reveal a border that is lived, felt and constantly negotiated.

Through their voices, the book challenges dominant ideas of security and control, offering a powerful case for transborder policies rooted in care, connection and the everyday realities of youth who live between nations.
