The authorProf. Dr. Thomas Hess is director of the Institute for Digital Management and New Media at LMU Munich. He has been working on the digital transformation of companies for over 20 years. Professor Dr Thomas Hess is Director of the Institute for Digital Management and New Media at LMU Munich. For more than 20 years, he has been working on the digital transformation of companies and looking at the use of digital technologies from a management perspective. According to the Wirtschaftswoche ranking, he is one of the leading business informatics experts in the German-speaking world.
