The serial killer is the twin sister of the Millionaire Murderer that Cicero put in prison for life. Now that Coralee Brandon is behind bars her twin sister is out to get revenge for her. All the people that worked to put Coralee away are going to get their payback. Tony has finds himself deep into a drug ring investigation. There is corruption, murders, and back stabbing everywhere. The one thing that makes him happy is his girlfriend Wendy Santino who just happens to be his partner.
