Bear shifter Tulip is angry that the Sheriff Hatfield has forbid her younger sister Fiona from marrying one of his brothers even though he has gotten her pregnant. Sheriff Hatfield has arrested most of the members of Tulip's family at one time or another, and now she’s blaming him for ruining her younger sister’s life – until she finds herself feeling attraction toward the sheriff.
