Fikre Hailemariam Norcha is the founding pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Ethiopia (PCE) and the Ethiopian Christian Fellowship Church of Missouri (ECFCMO). From 2010 to 2013, he served on the faculty of the PCE Bible School, where he trained future leaders in Scripture and ministry. He is also the author of 21st Century Discipleship and Its Contemporary Challenges (Amharic), which explores the complexities of Christian formation in a modern context.
