Belle Hale is an Australian and Polynesian novelist and romance fiction writer, best known for her werewolf romance novel Soul Imprint. Hale was born in Melbourne, Australia on the 22nd of July, 1988. She is of European, Australian and Polynesian descent, with strong family ties to the United States of America. Hale recaptured her love of writing in 2013 whilst working on her family blog. It was then that her first novel, Soul Imprint, initially started being written. Hale was a published poet before writing Soul Imprint but feels writing love stories is where her heart is happiest. Hale’s inspiration to write stemmed from reading her mother’s poetry. As a child, Hale would find her mother’s work tucked away in hidden places, so she would read every discovered page repeatedly just to feel the words swim inside her head, essentially becoming immersed in the emotional sea that was her mother’s heart. Hale became fascinated with words; at their power, their beauty, and at how if used in the right way, they could create happiness and inspire people by shining a light into their life that may not have been there before. And so by baring the scars of her soul, she writes in the hopes of inspiring others by shining a light into their life with her books and the stories within their pages.
