quigley and the lost sorrow

Quigley de Sade, a young girl living in a large, creaky vicarage, is struggling to cope with the recent loss of her mother. Her father has become distant and absorbed in his work, while the housekeeper, Bella, has taken on a maternal role. Quigley’s best friend, Trinity, is also drifting away, leaving her feeling isolated and lonely.

However, she soon discovers she has a magical ability. The newfound power frightens and confuses her, meanwhile, she is haunted by the presence of a menacing crow that watches her every move.
