After an introductory story, the reader will meditate on the Scripture reference of the week. Throughout the week, the reader reflects on the Scripture and what God is saying to her through journaling. At the end of the week, relevant and insightful teaching comes in the relatable weekly wrap-up.

A reader’s guide, reflection questions, and study questions are included to help apply the Scriptures to real life.
