Trees all over the forests of Ajegulloimus stirred with gossip, and the creatures of the wood listened excitedly. Whispers of a human child had filled the gossip chain day and night. Meanwhile, ten-year-old Michael Willes, or Mikey as he was known, waited for life to go his way. Guided by his fate, Mikey finds himself in a strange world full of strange creatures.
