We all ask questions such as: Should I pursue this degree? take this job? buy this house? In our journeys through life, we crave guidance and direction. We yearn for God to give us a map that clearly points out all the roads and pathways He wants us to take.

While God rarely provides us with such a detailed map, He does provide guidance in His Word. The Bible is filled with stories of journeys. Abraham traveled from Ur to Canaan. Moses led the people of Israel from Egypt to the Promised Land. Ruth left Moab and went with her mother-in-law, Naomi, to a new home. The Magi followed a star to find the King. Paul journeyed over the known world to share the Gospel. As we study these stories, we can explore scriptural principles that can help us in our own course through life. By looking at these biblical events, we can learn how God guides and leads every step of our lives.

Through an examination of eight journeys in the Bible, this women’s Bible study will show readers how God guides us through the mountains and valleys of life through His Word and constant presence. This Bible study will include discussion questions, answers, maps, and other features.
