Is there congruence between the organisational values shared by management and the human resources policies practised by the organisation? The analysis model allows for an interactive view between organisational values and human resources policies. In order to keep up with the changing scenario in a globalised society, the parameter ’interaction with the community’ was added, with a view to measuring values; and the sub-system ’commitment’ was included as a new Human Resources process.
