Educational reforms, budget reductions and the constantly changing characteristics of students derived from the development of new Information and Communication Technologies (ICT’s), cause institutions to face the challenge of being efficient with less money and more students; in addition to facing restructuring and providing standardized evaluation indicators. Identifying the characteristics of an Educational System and how to evaluate it quickly and efficiently will be very helpful. The educational field must be open to the possibility of evaluating in a different way the systems and models that compose it, allowing it to keep pace with the pace of change and have a general overview to standardize the characteristics and detail a map of the models involved; this will be of great help in the construction or modification of any system or educational model.
