soul purpose: you’re not alone in this world

I wrote this book in hopes that it will influence others to have more love and compassion toward themselves and others. The ultimate goal is to encourage a shift in perspective and to help others free themselves from their negative emotions. When we cultivate positive emotions, such as gratitude, mindfulness, and self-appreciation, we have the power to transform our lives.
Additionally, this book touches upon the impact of being organized and having flexibility, self-esteem, and self-love. We also discuss the impact of social media, how we can reduce our impact on the environment and how it is OK to seek help from professionals.
I found that every chapter was relevant to my current experience, and to be honest, sometimes I felt like I was being directed by a higher force to complete this book. Our human experience is a precious one and should not be taken for granted. I hope this book serves as a guide to help you overcome the obstacles in your life, and helps you fulfill your greatest potential.
