But the picture is bigger, for this fictional tale embraces the story of a woman who is actually living in another age, which is our age, before the time of 'The Great Change'. Here the reader is being warned of what may happen if the world does not wake up to see what humanity as a race is doing to our Mother Earth, without whom we simply could not exist.
