The health of a community depends on every person in the community have access to quality education, housing, healthcare, and food in addition to livable wages, environment, and reliable transportation. This is not possible if nonprofits, government agencies and for-profit businesses work separately. Attempts have been made with some success, with successes many times being limited to number of people served or services provided when what we want as success is lives changed for the better. A way to work together and make that happen is here.
