Andrea Simonson is an educational audiologist in the Public School Partnerships Program of The Learning Center for the Deaf in Massachusetts. She has worked as a clinical audiologist in private practices and medical offices and as a research audiologist and adjunct professor at several universities. Caroline Norman is a counselor and psychotherapist in private practice who has experienced sudden hearing loss.
