Tripartite training - theoretical, technical and personal training - is intended to be universalising. However, the task is faced with a contradiction in the development of personal capacity, which seems to be realised in a certain ＂official silence＂. The lack of consensus found in the definition of the concept of personal capacity points to the impossibility of realising the modern project: to standardise subjectivity - precisely the raw material of this craft knowledge.
