This book presents how to recreate therapeutic landscapes in everyday places of eco-neighbourhoods which are characterized by many aspects related to sustainability, including protection of the environment, building social capital, ensuring a high quality of life with low costs, and promoting social and environmental justice.

Monika Trojanowska is an architect, landscape architect and urban designer. She holds a MA diploma in Architecture and completed the postgraduate studies in Landscape Architecture. She is a university professor, licensed architect and member of Polish National Chamber of Architects IARP. Author and co-author of several dozen publications and projects in the field of architecture, urban planning and landscape design. Her scope of interest encompasses therapeutic landscapes, parks and gardens and eco-neighbourhood design.
