Trisha Renaud: previously worked as a legal writer/reporter with American Lawyer Media and won numerous awards for her investigations and writing. She is currently a trial consultant with Trial Advantage, Inc. Norman Markel received his BA in Psychology from Wayne University in 1956 and his PhD in Psychology from the University of Chicago in 1960. He was Assistant Professor of Psycholinguistics at the State University of New York-Buffalo for three years, then Professor at the University of Florida for 35 years. There he taught in the departments of Communication, Linguistics, Anthropology and Psychology. He is currently Professor Emeritus at University of Florida. His research interests include phonetics, dialects, semantics, voice quality, turn taking and nonverbal behavior.
