Blueprints of the Mind: Building for Neurodiversity is an ambitious proposal that sets forth a new typology in where a school and clinic is combined into one inclusive, adaptive environment that responds to a wide range of sensory and cognitive needs. Drawing on principles of sensory architecture, the design emphasizes spatial clarity, sensory modulation, and flexibility. The facility integrates therapeutic and educational functions within a calm, structured setting that promotes comfort, engagement, and well-being. Materiality, lighting, acoustics, and spatial zoning are considered holistically to support diverse modes of interaction, learning, and care.
