Sydney Duvall disappears a thousand times a day. He suffers from a rare disorder known as Matheson Syndrome: no one (nearly) can pay attention to him for more than three minutes. Sydney wrote a book, a scholarly study of an all-female subspecies of Canadian geese. In a fit of drug-induced inspiration, his editor changed the title of the book to The Flight of the Angry Lesbians. Now the man that no one can pay attention to is being chased across the country by angry mobs, the aforementioned lesbians, and hobos with medieval war machines.
