The people on this unnamed planet live in castles, fight with swords and spears and believe in magic. For those in the Civilized Lands there is a rigid code of conduct which (supposedly) guides their every action. But they are suddenly are confronted with threats for which their traditions have no answers. Norman must navigate the rigid code of conduct (or at least try to) while finding a solution to problems which none have seen before. Princess Icelandia was born into a life of privilege but she also must find the strength to preserve all she holds dear.
