Dr. Michael Ralph, has recently served as a Southern University System assistant vice president and, later, interim vice president. Currently, he is CEO and president of College & University Professional Accreditation Services, CUPAS. In his current role he assumes the leadership for CUPAS while serving as an accreditation expert and consultant to his business partners and their college and university clients throughout the United States. As a higher education leader, administrator, accreditation, and strategic planning consultant, he is a frequent panelist and keynote speaker at professional conferences and meetings. Dr. Ralph is a New York University Scholar in leadership, and policy planning, with an earned doctorate in higher education leadership from New York University. He also holds a masters degree in international relations and political science from the University of British Columbia, Canada. Dr. Ralph is the proud husband of Lynette Ralph and father of their three wonderful and accomplished sons. In his spare time he enjoys book and poetry authorship, traveling, enjoying music and quiet meditation. He considers himself deeply spiritual and believes in the mind and body connection and the interdependence and universality of all living things.
