The animals were glad that Frodo warned them right after the storm. The monkeys said sorry when they found out that Frodo could tell the future. He could see the sky getting darker as he jumped off the edge of the pond. To begin with, Frodo thought it was just a passing cloud. But as the wind grew stronger, it started to blow leaves around and make the trees shake.
