She has served as an examiner for the Baldrige Award and in 2002 served as a senior examiner. She has served as a teacher, counselor, and administrator with training and coaching experience in schools across the nation. Co-author of The Quality Teacher and Quality Fusion, she has also written a children s introductory book on quality, Dr. Deming and His Amazing Quality Idea.
