Global Voices for Peace is a remarkable collection of reflections on themes related to the state of peacebuilding across the world. It instills hope for increasing the conscious discourse on peace as opposed to war, and encourages individual active participation in the peace process.

Global Voices for Peace introduces us to a diverse network of individuals, groups and organisations from more than 50 nations, who work directly to bring peace to their neighbourhood, community, and society as well as on the global stage. Contributions include reflections from well known peacebuilders and activists, including Ruth Gaby Vermot, Irene Santiago, Cynthia Enloe, Tom Woodhouse, Gary Mason and others, as well as individuals working on the frontlines. This anthology also introduces readers to the intersections between peace and conflict, and the climate and environmental crises, food insecurity, inequality, gender, migration, sport, colonialism, and mental health. The focus on peacebuilding is broadly presented through reflections on personal, family, community, societal, and global peace work.
