我的權利，我要參與：身心障礙者權利公約CRPD易讀版

　　這本手冊主要給心智障礙者、
　　閱讀文字有困難的人看的書。

　　身心障礙者權利公約，
　　又叫CRPD。

　　就是在說，
　　政府要保障身心障礙者
　　都有公平的權利和機會、
　　可以好好生活。

　　為使心智障礙者能理解身心障者權利公約（CRPD）之內容，
　　CRPD易讀手冊的製作過程主要由衛生福利部社會及家庭署、中華民國智障者家長總會、6名心智障礙者、3名支持者及相關團體共同合作，
　　共同將原本複雜的公約轉換為心智障礙者可以理解的版本，
　　希望透過易讀文字與圖片搭配，
　　能促進心智障礙者公民參與之機會。

　　This Easy Read book is:

　　● For people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
　　● For people who prefer reading clear and simple words.
　　● About the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities of the United Nations.

　　The Convention is also called CRPD.
　　CRPD tells us:
　　People with disabilities have the same rights and opportunities as everyone.
　　For example, everyone has the right to make their own choices.
　　Also, everyone has the opportunity to live well.

　　CRPD is not very easy to understand.

　　Therefore, Taiwan government wanted an Easy Read version in traditional Chinese characters for Taiwanese people.

　　The Easy Read book is created by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Parents' Association for Persons with Intellectual Disability, Taiwan.

　　The Easy Read book uses clear words and pictures.

　　Clear words and pictures are easier for people to understand.

　　After reading the Easy Read version, people can better understand CRPD and their rights.
