These leaders overcome traditional barriers and obstacles that previously stunted economic growth for small family-farming operations by creating multiple streams of income. This book is the authors’ personal tribute to the Haynie family-farming legacy and represents our vision for future sustainable family farms globally.

Roslyn’s goal for this book is to help children and adults understand farm concepts in an inspiring and informative picture book that rhymes! Her agricultural activities include growing crops, raising livestock, aquaculture, agritourism, fishing, and forestry.

This book includes a glossary defining key terms and an extend the lesson section for further career discussion. We hope to inspire future generations to protect our planet’s natural resources while feeding, fueling, and clothing the population. This book is ideal for anyone curious to learn more about modern farming operations!
