Aicinena

Writing for coaches and parents involved in youth sport, Aicinena (kinesiology, U. of Texas at Permian Basin) examines, through a sociological lens, the roots of conflicts that commonly occur in an athletic arena. He argues that different individuals view athletics through different sports participation models. His goal is to describe the models and explain how they are conditioned by socialization.
