Time is up for the Justice New York when a Butcher who knows no limits takes overe our dreams in the night. Loved ones return home to find family members cut open missing organs and it seems as though things couldn’t get darker. Lieutenant Alex Mahone couldn’t be more wrong about that. Bombs start to go off and the Justice system is brought to its knees by one man who is a friend to them all. The games will be played and every agency wants a piece of the action each one with their own theories and reasons why they wont share intel. Who is right? Will the corruption infecting the city be cured or is it all for nothing? Will Mahone be able to stop him before there's no one left to stand in office to protect the city? Will the city even be on their side when the truth comes to light? Or will it be eradicated to start new? The only thought in Mahone's mind is; will I survive?
