Chelsy Swann is the pen name of writers RJ Dodd and Mary Lou Clarke. RJ Dodd is a Director of Photography and works in the UK TV and Film Industry; he is also an author in his own right. Mary Lou is an EFL teacher. Both RJ Dodd and Mary Lou Clarke lived in Chelsea, London, for many years (where this story started).
