Due to a long period of illness, Alison started to learn as much as she could about the ways in which how we live affects our health. As the mother of a young boy who also became ill due to environmental causes, she decided to help spread the word about the fact that it’s not only how we live that can determine our health, but also where we live. Waving goodbye to her former life in marketing and manufacturing, she trained as a Building Biology professional with the IBE in the US. She has combined their knowledge with her own research, consulting, qualifications, and in-field experience, and married this with the very latest news from science and technology. And along the way, she managed to recover not only her son’s health but also her own. Since the end of the last century (!) Alison has spent years travelling extensively (both on the Internet and inside a plane) to learn from the leaders in many related fields. This has resulted in a unique way of working, and a deep understanding of how we can change our environments to optimise our health and vitality. Alison was born in the UK and started her working life in London. She and her husband have called Australia home since the 80’s, and are now lucky enough to live on the edge of the Pacific Ocean in Sydney
