Collaborative work is a phrase that encompasses in itself the alliance, union and innovation of a company, it is similar to performance, competitiveness and achievement of goals, based primarily on the need for continuous progress and changes that occur within organizational structures to fulfill the mission and vision implemented and to guide the behavior of individuals in order to achieve maximum quality and productivity. The general objective of this study is to propose strategies for collaborative work in the optimization of operational management. Case Study: Transporte Unipuerto C. A; located in Guacara, Carabobo State. Regarding the type and design of the research, it is located in the quantitative model, deductive method, based on a descriptive field research.
