The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between administrative management and quality of service in the Bellavista Local Educational Management Unit (Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Bellavista). With a basic quantitative approach, non-experimental design, descriptive correlational and cross-sectional level, whose population was 1282 and sample 295 teachers, the data collection technique was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. The results determined that the level of the administrative management dimensions was good: planning with 67%, organization with 56%, direction with 59% and control with 52%. Likewise, the quality of service was good: tangible elements with 50%, empathy with 48%, reliability with 44%, responsiveness with 45% and security with 52%. It is concluded that there is a high positive relationship between administrative management and service quality. Spearman’s Rho statistical analysis yielded a coefficient of 0.878 (high positive relationship) and a p-value of 0.000 lower than 0.01, where it is admitted that there is a high and significant positive relationship between variables; furthermore, service quality depends 77% on administrative management.
